HD+/FHD Upgrade for L420?

I have recently got my hands on a L420 to replace my T61, with a 2860QM put in the laptop's absolutely flying - cooling is fine too. However, I have just one gripe, the 1366x760 screen on the machine is really limiting the workable space. Would it be possible to upgrade the laptop with something with higher resolution, similarly like what's done with the T420?
