Hello,

I have got win 10 running on my R500 2714. However, I've got that error This device cannot start. (Code 10) in the Device Manager
next to the ThinkPad Bluetooth Device...

I have updated the driver, reinstalled it several times but they don't work. What should I do next? Thanks in advance!

Check if your BT-module is inserted properly (inside the lid, to the LCD-cable), or if you even have one!
