Electrical buzzing when moving cursor on R400

Hello!

I have just bought a Thinkpad R400 and I can clearly hear that it makes a small, high-pitched, electrical buzzing noise when I move the cursor or when it otherwise has to work.
Anyone know what this might be? It sounds very annoying...
