I came across this listing, and thougt i would share it with everyone, you can get this for parts, or just format the hardrive and install windows, and you got a thinkpad....

If you're interested in this yourself, you might want to ask the seller for the seven character machine type & model number, so you'll know what hardware it came with. It's probably out of warranty but to know for sure you'd need the serial number, also would need it to find out if the machine has been reported stolen. Last, I would ask for either a transcription of the exact error message on boot or, preferably, a larger picture of the display showing the message, so you can read it for yourself. Then Google the heck out of the error message and/or post it here for comment. Best of luck.
