[SOLVED] Thinkpad A22m update bios and power management

Hi,
I want update the bios,
when i want start update bios from floppy in menu Update system program
i have a box with error:
The system power management is disabled. The process has been canceled.
Any idea ?
How do i do for enable system power management ?

Solved, the problem was a low battery.

I have created floppy bios from download bios
i have deleted config.sys
I have boot from disk dos 6.22.
i have insered the floppy that contain bios from my thinkpad
i laucnhed qkflash.exe and that all, after a bip, it reboot
and on bios i have put default value, saved the configuration
that all, now my bios is updated from 1.01 to 1.05, i can install xp.
