Sleep not working on T41

I installed Win 7 ultimate and got all the updated drivers atleast in beta form and in the power manager i have it set when i close my lid it is supposed to sleep...well it hibernates instead i have tried it both with and without IBM power manger and just using WIN7 power mangers and still doesnt work...am I missing something

You will need the proper graphics card driver for sleep to work. Back when I had W7 Beta on my T41, there were no ATI 7500 drivers for W7, or Vista. I don't know if that has changed, or not.
