driver conflicts

Hardware: X61T, 4GB
Software: Windows 7 Beta x64

I installed most of Thinkvantage software and they are working reasonably well. Then after I install either of these software (Both have signed 64bit driver for Vista):
TrueCrypt 6.1a
SpeedFan 4.37
Next time I restart the computer, the following software will not function any more:
Power Manager (no battery indicator on taskbar)
HotKey (Fn+F? will do nothing)

Any explanation or solution? Thanks!
