Looking for a specific IBM ThinkPad Wallpaper

Hi to all!!! I'm looking for a special Wallpaper. I use it from my T40, then T43, T60 and next Thinkpad then when my backup hdd was broken I lose it. It´s simple backup with all black in the center the say: IBM Thinkpad clasic with coulors but the special is created with "0" & "1". If you see from near you can see the "0" & "1" but when you say with a distance you can read cleary IBM Thinkpad.
