T570 dont like my Powerbank -> 12V Adapter?

#1 Post by Boy2006 » Mon Mar 04, 2019 10:16 am

Hi
I have an every expedience Powerbank for my T570 who is rugged and design to recharch with an external Solar Pannel. Prepper Stuff you can say.
The Problem the V dont match 100%. My good old T61 dont care about and work perfectly. My new T570 dont like it that much.
So should I get a 12V Adapter? My Powerbank could Output 12V to.

Get a 200W boost converter. They sell them on eBay and can regulate the output to any voltage given any input voltage. 12 -> 16V is no big deal with one of those.

The efficiency of two screens equally sized with equal numbers if pixels are equal. The time spent by a 4:3 user complaining about 16:9 is proportional to the inefficiency working with a 16:9 display, therefore the amount of useful work extracted is equal.

There is this one: https://www.lenovo.com/at/de/accessorie ... /p/0B47481
So can I use that? I dont know how much Power the Power bank put out via 12V.

What is the default V for a T570? The Voltage from the Power bank is slightly higher. :?: :!:

The T570 should take 20V. That adapter hooked up to your solar array should work just fine given your solar array can give ~80W. Those adapters aren't 100% efficient so given a full 65W usage you would need a bit more. 80W is a safe margin. I'd recommend a 90W adapter for a T570 so 110W for your solar array.
