Im about at my wits end:
Less than 1 year old install
Windows 10
With Anti Vi and Malware Bytes
Deleted Chrome
Running Firefox, with automatic Google login (May be the issue)
Totally legal software through out
Pop Up ads (News) from India Today every few hours, with just basically BS news, is driving me crazy. I deleted Chrome, I have reworked Firefox per the instructions. I have run Spybot and Malware Bytes. No clue how to stop them. This is a Work Computer, So not very much wild, wild west surfing to "different" sites. Nothing in Programs that could add them.
How do I kill them?

The usual things to try are install an adblocker addon, clear cookies and cache, check what you have running in task manager when it happens.
Or try a second portable Firefox with a new sign on. If that proves to be a solution then cross your fingers and import your bookmarks and settings.

Have been running Ad Blocker Plus for ages, with no issue. Cleared the Cookies and Cache this morning. Nothing "new" is running in Task Manager. And yes RBS, I noticed the India Today, stopping popups was all over the first couple of pages.
