Saving DLC from console.

Is there anyway to save and backup DLC on PS4/XBOX? For example I have Fallout 4 base title for PS4 and got Fallout 4 GOTY "Game of the year" edition. But the goty doesn't come with the DLC on disc. The cover art and disc art are different from base release, but you get the vanilla game on the goty disc. You get a code that you have to download the DLC. So is there a way to get the DLC off my consoles HDD and burn it to a disc or flashdrive to backup? From seeing what is going on with certain games today and movies, digital isn't always going to be there as it turns out. Some titles are getting removed from people's libraries as license have expired and or copyright content has expired such as music or videos.

I also want to backup as Ubisoft is getting rid of DLC downloads for XBOX 360 and PS3 system probably due to sever shutdowns. I try to buy all my software physical as much as I can.
