x120e Locked BIOS

Seems there are many very cheap barebones X120e on eBay. I bought 2... For instance: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Lenovo-ThinkPad ... Sw241Yf4w4

All indicate the bios is locked because these came from educational environments. I found ways to unlock X130e and higher with educational locks on the bios, but nothing about x120e. Would reflashing the bios do it or could i do something with a usb programmer?

Reflashing BIOS will not unlock it, and any other methods are not to be discussed on this forum.
