380xd 3rd party memory

#1 Post by xamian » Thu Jun 10, 2004 2:26 pm

I have a ThinkPad 380xd that has 40 MB of ktm760 memory. I am looking to upgrade to the maximum amount of memory this thing can use. Does anyone know where I can get ktm760 memory (or any other type that the 380xd can use)? Anyone know what the max amount of MB it can use?

I have a 380XD and the maximum memory I could put in is 96 MB (32MB inbuilt + 64 MB in the open DIMM slot).

It's basically EDO RAM and those are really expensive as they are hard to find. I bought mine (64 MB) from a fellow Thinkpads.com forum member - Frank Garcia.
Cheers
