ThinkPad E550 Storage Device issue

Hello, chaps. I have a ThinkPad E550, and I have recently been having issues with the computer. The Lenovo Solution Centre says that there is an issue with hard drive in the laptop. The hardware scan has given me a result code of WHD01V01I-UN7Z1N

As you may expect, Lenovo's support page is useless. Do you know what the issue is? What can I do to fix the problem?
