Thinkpad E14 Wake on LAN enabled on BOIS but can't find power management option

Dear Experts

I have got Thinkpad E14 laptop with windows 11 and updated BOIS firmware and I have enabled Wake on LAN option on BOIS but when I tried to follow instructions in the link below I couldn't find "power management" option on the Ethernet Adapter (not wireless) ??

Have a go at these drivers, in case yours are old(er) or missing.
Lovely day for a Guinness! (The Real Black Stuff)
But I actually prefer Murphy's from Cork!
