e480: Replacing underside rubber strip

I have an e480 that has bad it’s rubber strip removed. This is a laptop I plan to use for various projects.

I’d like to either replace the strip or fashion something new. I could get a bottom cover easily enough and while $30 isn’t that bad, I’d prefer just the strip since the cover is fine.
