E15 Won't turn on. Charging light and outside cover LED work, power button not lighting.

Year and a half old E15. Slight fall landing on the charging cable, went dead. Power button lit up once while trying to restart, otherwise no life. Charging light seems to work normally. Opened bottom cover, no visible damage, disconnected and reconnected battery. Now the red LED on the top cover is also on, but otherwise still dead.

I have another one arriving tomorrow, but the charging light seems to be working normally. Was amber, now solid white implying over 80% charge.
