I've got an Extreme 2 20QV laptop.

Just bought a 40AN0230US. Connected it to the dock, but the Thunderbolt control center does not show any connected devices.

Has anyone had any luck getting this to work?

There may be a BIOS setting to authorize Thunderbolt devices. Check it.

Turned out to be a bad dock.

Got a replacement out in 24 hours, everything works.
