zeroshock sleeve for Thinkpad X1
zeroshock sleeve for Thinkpad X1
Hi
I recently bought a Thinkpad X1; I know it's not a popular model, but I really like it.
In any case, I'm looking for a sleeve that fits and found the zeroshock 4 cases to be appealing. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0LIYk9OlttM
Does anyone know if the 13.3" sleeve would fit the X1? It seems one cm short in terms of width but I've been told zeroshock sleeves are actually bigger than the official dimensions.
Does anyone have that sleeve by any chance?
Thanks!

I just got an x1 and was wondering the same thing. Did you ever buy a sleeve? Do you like it? do you have any other suggestions?
Thank you so much.

I don't like sleeves. It is much better to have a normal bag designed for laptops, so you can just put in your laptop in a special area designed as a sleeve but it is open from the top. This is much easier for everyday use: Just put your notebook out of the secured bag. If you have a sleeve, you take your sleeve out of your bag and then open the sleeve.

I understand and appreciate your point, but I already have a backpack I am happy with and only want to keep my computer protected inside it.
That said I am having difficulty finding a sleeve that fits the X1's unique size. The one sold to me by Lenovo (Caselogic 13.3) does not even fit the computer -- can't wait to get on the phone with them...
If anyone has a good recommendation, please let me know.

Check out sfbags.com
Their sleeve fit perfectly and look great! I have had them for several of my Thinkpads.
