How do I install stylus pen to Window 8 ?

hello everyone,

I installed B071J9PQ9Y on Window 8 system. i am interested in using the stylus pen (meaning, the multi-touch screen that you can draw on.)
I have seen a few applications around to use a stylus pen.

before I go ahead and install anything, can someone recommend on a lightweight good package for using a stylus pen B071J9PQ9Y that would allow me to do something like power point on windows let you do with stylus pens? (basically, have a blank page that I can draw on using the stylus pen and save it to an image. nothing more fancy than that.)

When I configurated my graphic tablet and stylus pen on my computer, it was registered in the same way as a mouse would be, and I could use it instead of said mouse.
Maybe try to remove said mouse and see what happens?
