x230 W8 Weirdness keyboard random

W8 Pro from MSDN, says W8 Pro retail on the description.

Everything works fine but when I type in anything, it'll randomly move the cursor up or down as I type. I know i'm not hitting the touchpad because i use it the same way I run W7. I even touch type to make sure i'm not hitting the touchpad by accident or the trackpoint. Any ideas ? Its just a bare w8 install
