T430 wifi 3x3 antena ready?

my question? is T430 (any model) 3x3 wifi antenna ready (have 3 antennas in lid and connector to card) or only the ones ordered with intel 6300 card?
that is if I get the one with 6203 card, can this be latter swapped with 3x3 antenna card and use of course advantage of 3rd antenna and dual freq. mode
