Gobi4000 not working

I had a Gobi4000 in my T430 previously but sent it to an Exec in another office to use.

I bought a replacement recently which should have been the exact same model but I keep getting the 1802 error that it's unauthorized!

The PN on the chip itself is 0B42410 but the box it came it shows 0A36320.

Any ideas?
