Just saw the picture of T450s on notebookreview.com. Seems like our beloved three buttons are back!
Well, what can I say, if this is indeed the case? Thanks, Lenovo! I've played at our Local Microcenter (Cambridge MA) with both the new and the old style buttons (there were a few machines with either ones, back to back) to conclude that the new style bottons (which are essentially, just the left and the right upper corners of a clickpad) are very inconvenient to use.

IMHO it is exactly same keyboard you may find in T430 but with crippled touchpad from x40 series (it does not deserve to be called and TrackPad ...). In that case it is still an NO-GO for me and for many other thinkpad-lovers.

To me the trackpoint buttons are crucial, that's why I preferred to skip the T440 and bought a T430, half a year ago.
