T440p screen compatibility

Hello everyone!
I decided to purchase used T440p. However the one i'm getting have low res screen (1366x768). Is it possible to swap screen for FHD IPS screen (which are readily available from many different sources on the internet) of course I'm looking for lcd which is compatible with T440p. Are all the connectors the same? Will there be any hardware limitation? Or is it just easy swap?
