[T450s] Trackpoint speed causes touchpad lag.

When I increase the Trackpoint pointing speed in the driver settings, it makes the Touchpad less sensitive/ more jumpy and laggy. Does anyone have a fix for this because the default sensitivity is giving me hand cramps.

Did you try to modify the TrackPoint sensitivity (firm touch -> light touch)? It isn't only the speed that matters.
