thinkpad t530 screen pixels and freeze and turns off please help

yesterday after a week of not using it i turn it on and charge so when i turn on and started to use it my screen was like a earthquake and pexils shaking all over my screen and i cant do or click in anything few seconds later turns off and restar by it self someone please i have alot work there that i need to turn in... please help
