Removable Disk -READ ONLY

Hi All,
i'm an newbie for thinkpad 430, prev. i'm using r61i
the package that i received was include windows seven. but with some additional package software from Huawei. ( CPM) the menu are : iaccess, ifin,etc.
My problem is this program is making all my -removable disk become READ ONLY.
is there anyone know why this is about ?
