T430 - Upgrade CPU to Haswell?

Hi, does anyone know if the T430 motherboard/BIOS supports upgrading to a Haswell processor?

I believe Haswell has a new socket, which would make it a no-go. While Haswell does offer a modest performance bump, where it really shines is battery life when using a ULV Haswell CPU, which would not apply to the T430 and the T430 already gets pretty good battery life.
