Specific WWAN mPCIe card?

Hello,
I just wanna ask if I can use any WWAN card with mPCIe connection to use with my SIM-card, or do I have to get a specific one?
I am thinking of getting a Ericsson F5521GW, does anyone know if this card operates with the T430?

First, a generic card will not work; you need a Lenovo branded card. Second, it seems that Lenovo Ericsson F5521gw will not work, at least that was reported:

F5521gw was used in T/X *20 series. Better get a Lenovo Ericsson H5321gw, this one will work with your T430.
