HELP WITH WWAN CARD FOR LENOVO T430

Hi everyone I was wondering if anyone has experience with hspda wwan card. I looked up the info for fru compatibility and found this on lenovo site. It shows these two cards,

60Y3257 2 Gobi3 WWAN

60Y3297 2 H5321w

But then I am confused because this part of lenovo site says this card is compatible with Lenovo t430,

So my question is will this card work because it is not on the compatibility page.

And my other question is if any of these card will work with Band 4 AWS 1700/2100, on T-mobile or Canadian Wind mobile.

so i checked this site on sierra wireless for GOBI 3000

and it shows gobi 3000 with a d(option) so would like to know what this means.
this fujitsu shows the same thing.

I am sorry for all the questions but basicalll what i want to know is which wwan card will work on t430 on aws band 4 1700/2100.
