T440 - cannot enter BIOS

On my T440, I cannot any longer get into BIOS on booting. It used to be F12, but that no longer seems to work (and neither does F1 or Return).
It is upgraded to Windows 10pro.
Does anybody know how to get into the BIOS-setup in any other way, as I have to disable the internal battery to change the SIM-card?

I guess the hybrid shutdown mode ("fast startup") is enabled? Try holding Shift while clicking onto "Shutdown" or disable fast startup.

Thanks for the advice. It worked .

And I found out, that if I instead of "shutdown" press "restart", the F1 button will give access to the BIOS setup.
