Thinkpad t495 no screen back light

Hi there

In desperate need of help I have mother board - FA495 NM-c131

I need help locating the fuses for screen back light
Iv read f3 f7
F7 has no continuity
F3 is working fine

Is there anything else I should check before putting back together

Schematics say F7 is the LCD backlight fuse. It's an ERBRD3R00X, rated for 32V 3A.

Hey Axur could you share the documentation where you found the specs on this problem. Also LCMP, would you be able to help me figure out where these fuses are on the board?
ADMIN REMARK: How about you enter yout city AND state, new york could be either

F3 fuse is located right below the connector, and the F7 is located on the other side of the motherboard. Will require a bit of disassembly to get to the other side.

Did you run a LCD function test to see if it's really a backlight issue? By any chance did you observe a faint lenovo logo during boot which then turns into a black screen or is it perpetually black from the get go?
