Best way to upgrade T480 RAM and SSD?

I’m new here and recently picked up a used ThinkPad T480. It’s my first ThinkPad, and I’m really enjoying it so far! I’d like to upgrade the RAM and SSD to get a bit more performance out of it, but I want to make sure I do it the right way.

Right now, it has 8GB RAM and a 256GB NVMe SSD. I’m thinking about going up to 32GB RAM and a 1TB SSD, but I’m not sure about compatibility or if there’s anything specific I should watch out for.
