fingerprint scanner driver windows 10 64-bit home

Hi
Does anyone have the file name for this or the dl link? I am sure the hw is working because the windows 10 installation on a slow hd I got with x230 made full use of the fingerprint logging. Still, the fresh windows 10 install on the sdd can't find the driver.

Update. Made sure the service is on, enabled the 3 related group policies, and still, getting an error msg "enable windows biometric framework".

Windows 10 up to date.
