x230 - Reinstall X230 Keyboard from X220 Keyboard

Hi, this is my first post.

I have one x230 with the x220 keyboard and ax200 wifi in place. Now I want to install the x230 keyboard but keep the ax200.
I found some info online talking about flashing x230's EC firmware, but all I can see is the stock x230 BIOS from Lenovo.
How can I flash the EC firmware and how do I get it?
Can anyone help me out with detailed info and steps?

I think the ThinkPad BIOS updates from that time also flash the EC. At least, the update did for my T430.
