Hi
I am going to replace the palmrest actually but buying one with the hole but not the sensor, so I need to move it to the new palmrest.

From my research, this should be a simple operation with no soldering:
remove the palmrest
unplug the sensor
unscrew the sensor
...

Is that correct? No traps?
