Stubborn screws inside x230

I am disassembling the laptop to repaste cpu and GPU. Only one screw left to remove the motherboard, I think it fastens wlan

Unfortunately, it's stuck.

A couple of questions here
1. What is the screw size /model?
2. Any special type of screwdriver or material is made from or technique to be used to minimize the risk of the screw grooves getting worn out?

In there all screws are described!

That's a (bit morxed) Phillips screw.
Use a Phillips #0 or #1 screwdriver, maybe try to fasten it first, then loosen.
If it won't come out, try a normal flat screwdriver with a strong blade that is just a little bit less wide than the screw-groove.
If still not, tape everything around that wifi-card to make the area dust-proof, then get a Dremel with a rotary diamond 10-12mm disk and carefully make only one shallow groove in that screw for a bigger flat screwdriver.

I use what is best described as an electric screwdriver/drill with a torque setting, the sort of battery driven type that builders use. They come with a set of driver bits just choose the one that is the best fit and start with a low torque setting increasing it until the b****r comes out. If the bit jumps out then try another size before resorting to the dremel solution.
