Is there any possible link at all? How to fix the problem?
No issues with the headphone sound.

Sounds like speaker damage if the line output jack is sounding ok. Can you use the balance control to see if its just one or both speakers.

Meantime, can x200 speakers replace the x230 ones?

Speakers on X230 are honestly very low quality... if you look around there are some posts of hacks to fit in speakers from iPods or some Samsung Galaxy Tablet if I'm not mistaken... but the hacks needed to fit them are a bit nasty... Not worth the trouble in my opinion...
My recommendation is to use USB headphones (I use a Sennheiser PC8 for conference calls) or some external speakers connected via Bluetooth (if your X230 has Bluetooth).
