W541 boot up ThinkPad Screen is taking over a minute to disappear

Boot up times on my W541 with Windows 10 and 16 gig ram have been increasing for about 4 or 5 months. I do the Windows 10 updates as requested and am updating the computer with Lenovo updates.
On boot up, the Lenovo screen is present for about 1 minute and 10 seconds and the total time to get to the login screen is about 3 minutes.
Any help will be appreciated.
