Clear whitelist bios to install new wifi card

Hi. I have a W540 and I'd like to use an EGPU, But my Bios is not alowing me. Is any way to use a custom Bios? Or is the BIOS from W520 compatible? Please help.

Can't help much with the first question, but can wit the second one. You CANNOT use BIOS from neither T420 nor T430. It's totally incompatible.
