Just bought a used W540 and would like to replcae the FHD TN screen with an FHD IPS screen. Anyone has experience where I can buy the replacement screen?

I managed to remove the screen panel and took a few photos; not sure if it helps but would appreciate if you can tell if this is a 30 or 40 pin connector:

I am not sure but I think Lenovo didn't make FHD IPS version for W540? If I'm not mistaken, there were two options: a) FHD TN panel and b) 3k IPS panel. So if I were you I'd be looking for genuine 3k IPS panel. Not only it will offer you bigger res but also much better gamut.

Edit: BTW you need 40 pin eDP LCD panels.

So i have a little more information. This should be 30pin since 40pin supports 3k.

I found an IPS panel in https://www.laptopscreen.com/193591/ and that looks like it may work as a replacement for my current FHD TN panel screen - anyone has replace this before?

I have a W541 with the fhd ips screen upgrade. I purchased it already done from u/estebanmargooski over on r/thinkpadsforsale. I have seen threads about it before, possibly search for them on r/thinkpad?
