Office 2013 emails stuck in outbox only on Lenovo W530 and W

we upgraded users from office 2007 exchange services to Office 2013. Users are having emails stuck in their outlook outbox after they try sending.they users are using lenovo Think-pads. is anyone else experiencing the issue.
