Thinkpad L460 and backlit keyboard

Hello.

I bought a backlit keyboard for my lenovo L460, when i install it, the keyboard is working, but backlit are not turning on.

I start looking about that problem and found a message on reddit that L460 does not have a circuit for backlight.

But maybe there is a way to manage backlight to start working?

No can do.
T460 (backlit or not) keyboards will fit and work in an L460, but without backlight.
L-series don't have that backlight option.
