First, this thread may move to a different section, as it doesn't belong under Forum Announcements.
Second, what exactly are you looking to accomplish with the schematic? I'm not sure if there is just a breakdown in translation. There is a link above to the Hardware Maintenance Manual, which should assist you with locating most things with your thinkpad (its the link called "HMM" under the colorful heading above).
