L470 second and third SSD ?

can i remove the wwan chip and put in a m2 ssd ?

this is from the L470 pdf spec sheet

Some: 128GB M.2 SSD / SATA 6.0Gb/s, in WWAN slot as 2nd Storage,
mutually exclusive with WWAN


does anyone know what connection the smart card reader uses? seeing as its a blank empty space can i replace it with something else.

it says max ram is 2400
if i put 3200 or 2666 will it just lower it down to 2400
