L530 only starts up via BIOS

My L530 with WIN 10 PRO/64 bits only boots after entering BIOS, normal boot doesn't work (dark screen only)
Means I have to enter the BIOS (by pressing F1 after start) every time after start up and then simply leave BIOS by saving the values.
Hardware checks didn't show any anomalies and WIN 10 works as expected. Just no normal system booting after start up.
Any ideas?

Checked the backup battery... seems o.k. with 3.2V
What could I check next?
Thanks for any hints!

CMOS keeps date/time and a few other basic BIOS-settings of the laptop.
Without it, many Thinkpads won't even boot up.

Did you ever get it working? This is really similar to what my new L15 does. Only way I can get it to boot is to pull up the boot selection routine at startup (F12) and select it before everything locks up.
