i reinstalled windows 10 and no longer connect to internet

I have t14 gen 2 AMD and just reinstalled windows 10 from linuks mint and propably did delete some wrong partition becose when i reinstaled windows 10 i no longer conect to Wifi and ethernet i apperently have good drivers but they doesn't work can someone schow/write/recommend someone what i schould do what to install what uninstall what change because I don't really know what to do ?

Maybe you accidentally enabled 'airplane mode'?

no nothing works even if i restore windows from usb istall 11 from the start and a the pilot mode is disabled sorry for late reply

This sounds very weird.
If you run Linux from a live USB stick - does network connectivity work?
Did you somehow disable the networking devices in the BIOS?

i will try once again in bios i put everythink in factory setting

i put mint again on t14 and wifi is working no fuss no muss but ethernet is still not working but i must probably download drivers

Linux Mint by default installs some drivers for NIC's and GPU's. Are you sure your windows installation had required drivers? I doubt Windows would carry hundreds of drivers for all the available hardware out there.
What wifi card do you have? If you still have linux installed run "lspci | grep -i net" in terminal and show us.
Chances are you have too manually install driver for this card.

Thanks everyone who have took the time to think and respond to my problem
I feel a little stupid becose I downloaded a wrong drivers and expected them to work now i have repair everything and all is good
