SOLVED On ThinkPad SR650 network don't work

I have installed to Try 'Win10 Pro N' without problem (for now without license key).
During install don't have detect network.
Before on the same machine was Debian that talk with Lan without problem (same port and same cable).
Into Windows I dont'have errors of network interface, led o cable blink.
If I verify in hardware information I obtain:

IBM USB Remote NDIS Network Device
WAN Miniport IKEv2
WAN Miniport IP
WAN Miniport IPv6
WAN Miniport LT2TP
WAN Miniport Network Monitor
WAN Miniport PPPOE
WAN Miniport PPTP
WAN Miniport SSTP

I use DHCP connection.
when I ask to verify the network setting I get the message
'Ethernet does not have valid IP configuration'

Could it be a driver problem?
Some idea?
