Need help! x330 edp cable is broken, cant find same

Hi, guys!
I have x330 and 2k mod.
Here is my screen and cable (AUO B133QAN02.0)
I dont know how much pins eDP connector (looks like 40)

and have two questions:
1. Is it possible to replace 2k with 1080p on this motheboard? (HiDPI support is not good in Linux)
2. Can anybody help me to find same eDP cable for this screen or alternative for 1080p ?

2k panels use 40 pins. You are right 1080 would use a 30 pin cable. You can probably find something comparable on aliexpress.

If your current LCD is 2560x1600, that is 16:10 resolution and I would suggest that you look for a 1920x1200 in 13.3" so it fits your modified lid correctly. 1080 is 16:9 and won't fit right.

maybe its 0.4 Pitch 40 Pin 20729 (B133QAN02.0) to 20682-040E-02 if i understand correctly
but its impossible and hard to find (taobao/alibaba/aliexpress)

but another side of cable have a 0.5 Pitch FPC 40 Pin.
so i need adapter which connect it with motherboard.

only hope that Xue will back
